Dine Around Maryland Terms & Conditions
Updated October 1, 2026 · 2027 Dining Pass
About these terms
These terms describe purchasing and using the Dine Around Maryland website, Club dining pass, passholder account and gift pass. Read them together with the Rules & FAQs, the individual restaurant listing and our Privacy Policy. Review the purchase details before paying. Contact membership@marylandrestaurants.com with questions.
Your 2027 dining pass
The standard 2027 pass costs $195 as a one-time purchase. The amount charged and any applicable taxes or disclosed charges appear at checkout. The pass is not an automatically renewing subscription.
Dining benefits are available January 18 through December 31, 2027. Buying or claiming a pass earlier does not allow early redemption. Buying or claiming later does not extend the program dates. The pass gives the assigned member one redemption at each participating restaurant location during that program year.
Restaurant offers and redemption
The standard offer is 50% off eligible food for up to four people, unless the restaurant listing states otherwise. In-person dining is included; carry-out is included only when the listing expressly allows it, and orders must be placed directly with the restaurant. Restaurant-specific exclusions, maximum discounts, dining periods and blackout dates may apply. Check the listing before ordering and contact the restaurant when timing or an exclusion is important.
Unless the listing expressly says otherwise, alcohol, catering, tax, gratuity, gift cards, retail merchandise, service fees, steamed crabs, all-you-can-eat crabs, market-price items, specialty menus, prix-fixe menus and other excluded items are not discounted. Please tip on the full pre-discount total. Offers cannot be combined with coupons, certificates, other discounts or promotions.
Open your account, select the restaurant and show the redemption screen to staff before the check is finalized. Restaurant staff must enter the location's private PIN on your phone. Guests must not obtain, share or enter the staff PIN themselves. A successfully completed redemption marks that location used for the current program year. Signing out, deleting an account or creating another account does not create an additional redemption entitlement. Contact us if a redemption was recorded incorrectly.
Participating restaurants may change. Restaurants operate independently and control their hours, menus, availability and location-specific restrictions. A listed restaurant is not a guarantee of availability for a particular meal, date or reservation. Dine Around Maryland does not promise a fixed number of restaurants, a particular restaurant's continued participation or a minimum amount of savings. Actual savings depend on where and how you use the pass. Restaurants remain responsible for their food and service; contact the restaurant about a dining experience and contact us about a pass or redemption issue.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information and use an email address you can access. Follow the sign-in and email verification instructions and protect your password, sign-in links and verification codes. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or gift code has been accessed without permission.
The pass is assigned to one member account. Do not share login credentials, sell account access, transfer a used pass, bypass redemption controls or use another person's account. Contact us before requesting a change to an assigned member; a transfer is not automatic. A pass may be revoked for fraud or deliberate misuse as described below.
Gifts
A gift purchase provides one 2027 dining pass for one recipient. After successful payment, the gift certificate and claim instructions are emailed to the buyer, who can print or forward them to the recipient. The recipient claims the gift with their own name and email and completes account verification. Each gift can be claimed once. Keep the claim code private until you give the gift.
A recipient who already has an active 2027 pass cannot claim another gift for additional redemptions. An unclaimed gift can be given to someone else; contact us for help if a gift has been claimed incorrectly. After assignment, the account and transfer rules above apply.
The gift purchases access to the specified dining program and is not a stored cash balance. Its dining benefits use the same January 18–December 31, 2027 program dates, subject to any rights required by applicable law. Buying, giving or claiming a gift does not extend those dates. Refund requests for gifts follow the policy below.
Payments and optional installments
Payment is processed by the checkout provider identified when you purchase. The passholder receives access after successful payment and completion of the account setup or gift claim process.
If an installment or third-party financing option is offered, review its total price, amount due today, remaining payment amounts and due dates, and any interest, fees and provider terms before choosing it. An installment option does not extend the pass's program dates. Any consequences of missed payments must be disclosed with the specific plan before purchase. These terms do not activate an installment plan or promise that a particular financing provider will be offered.
An account closure, pass cancellation or access suspension does not itself cancel a separate financing agreement. Contact the financing provider about payments under its agreement and Dine Around Maryland about pass access. We may suspend access while an underlying purchase payment failure, reversal or dispute is reviewed; a dispute is not automatically treated as fraud. Contact us to resolve payment or access errors.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests are reviewed case by case; refunds are not guaranteed. Email membership@marylandrestaurants.com with the purchase email, order reference if available and reason for your request. We consider the circumstances, purchase status and any pass use, along with applicable law. An unused pass, an unclaimed gift, a change of plans or a restaurant lineup change does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
If a full refund is approved and processed, the corresponding pass or gift is cancelled and redemption access is removed. Partial refunds, if any, will be explained when approved. Removing an account or revoking membership access is not, by itself, a refund; payment refunds must be processed through the original checkout provider.
Suspension and termination
We may temporarily suspend access to investigate suspected unauthorized use, fraud, deliberate misuse or an unresolved purchase payment issue. We may terminate a pass for confirmed fraud, deliberate misuse or a material violation of these rules. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to resolve the issue; urgent protective action may be taken first. If you believe an action was mistaken, email us so we can review it.
No refund is provided after termination for those violations, except where required by law. Termination removes redemption access. Suspension or termination does not change rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Any missed-payment suspension or termination under a future installment plan must follow the terms disclosed for that plan before purchase.
Technical problems and support
Access and redemption require a compatible device and internet connection. If sign-in or redemption fails, check your email and connection and contact us. Avoid repeated redemption submissions. A technical failure should not mark a location used unless redemption completed successfully. We will review reported errors; an outage or support request does not automatically extend the program dates.
Privacy and restaurant communications
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used and shared, and the safeguards in place. Guest contact information associated with a redemption is shared with that restaurant. The restaurant may use it for follow-up, promotions and its own marketing under its privacy practices. To unsubscribe from communications sent independently by a restaurant, contact that business directly or use its unsubscribe option when available. Account and purchase service messages are separate from restaurant marketing.
Changes and your rights
We may update website information and these terms as the program changes. The date above identifies this version. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to a completed purchase or override protections required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
